Terms of Service

1. The service

NeuraVoice AI provides AI voice agents that place and answer calls, qualify leads, automate sales follow-ups and sync results to your tools. Features vary by plan.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind your business. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use.

3. Your responsibilities for calling

You are solely responsible for the calls made on your behalf, including:

• Obtaining any consent required to call and record your contacts.
• Honouring do-not-call registries, including TRAI's DND/NCPR rules in India and equivalents elsewhere.
• Disclosing AI use and call recording where the law requires.
• Calling only during lawful hours and identifying your business clearly.
• Following our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Your data

You own the data you upload and the call recordings and transcripts produced for you. You grant us a limited licence to process it only to provide and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

5. Plans, billing and taxes

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. Usage above your plan's included minutes is billed at the published overage rate.

Prices exclude applicable taxes such as GST, which are added at checkout. Failed payments may lead to suspension after notice.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Free trials

Trials are offered at our discretion, may include limited minutes, and end automatically unless you choose a paid plan.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, software, voices, designs and NeuraVoice AI brand belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or build a competing product from them.

9. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or improve features; we will give notice of material reductions to paid features.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, the law, or carrier rules, or that put our network at risk. You may terminate by closing your account.

11. Disclaimers

AI output can be imperfect. The service is provided “as is”, and we do not guarantee specific sales, conversion or booking results.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

13. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your calls, your data, or your breach of these terms or of calling and privacy laws.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to terms

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use after they take effect means you accept them.
