Data Processing Agreement

1. Roles

You are the data controller (data fiduciary). NEURATEL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is the processor and acts only on your documented instructions.

2. Scope of processing

We process contact details, call audio, transcripts, qualification answers and notes, solely to place calls, qualify leads, schedule follow-ups and sync results to your tools.

3. Our commitments

We will:

• Process data only for the purposes above.
• Bind our staff to confidentiality.
• Apply encryption, access controls and logging.
• Help you answer data-subject requests.
• Notify you without undue delay, and within 72 hours where possible, of a personal data breach.
• Delete or return your data when the service ends.

4. Sub-processors

We use vetted sub-processors for hosting, telephony, AI speech and language, and payments. We remain responsible for them and will give notice before adding new ones.

5. Transfers

Where data leaves India or your region, we use contractual safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Audits

On reasonable written request, we will provide information needed to show compliance with this agreement.

7. Signed copy

Customers who need a countersigned DPA can request one at Support@neuravoiceai.com.
